Native Blue Bourbon Company ships merchandise and branded goods throughout the United States. Alcohol shipments are subject to additional regulations as outlined below.
Merchandise & Non-Alcohol Products
Non-alcohol items (apparel, glassware, accessories) ship to all 50 U.S. states.
- Processing time: 3–5 business days
- Delivery: 5–10 business days after shipping (standard ground)
- Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Tracking: A tracking number is emailed once your order ships
Alcohol Shipping & Regulations
The direct-to-consumer (DTC) shipment of distilled spirits is governed by individual state laws, which vary significantly. Not all states permit the shipment of spirits to consumers. We comply with all applicable federal and state alcohol shipping laws.
All alcohol orders require an adult signature (21+) at delivery. No exceptions. The carrier will verify the recipient's age with a valid government-issued photo ID.
States Permitting DTC Spirits Shipment
As of April 2026, the following states generally permit direct-to-consumer shipment of distilled spirits (subject to licensing and volume limits):
Important: DTC spirits laws change frequently. Some states require specific permits, volume limits, or reporting. If your state is not listed above, we may not be able to ship alcohol to your address. We will notify you if we cannot fulfill the alcohol portion of your order. This list is for general reference — specific eligibility is confirmed at checkout.
States That Prohibit DTC Spirits Shipment
Several states prohibit or heavily restrict the direct shipment of distilled spirits to consumers. These include but are not limited to: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah. Non-alcohol merchandise can still be shipped to these states.
Returns & Refunds
Merchandise: Non-alcohol items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. Contact us to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Alcohol: Due to state regulations, alcohol sales are final and cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will work with you on a replacement or refund.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.
